About Alexandra

I’m Alexandra Wyman. I’m a mom, widow, author, podcaster, speaker and grief guide. After losing my husband to suicide in 2020, I decided to write a book I wish existed, to help me get through such a tragedy and reach a place of peace and joy.

Through the writing process, I discovered a way to start healing how past life experiences had negatively impacted me and my adulthood. When I could start to heal these experiences and my limiting core beliefs, my mourning journey truly began.
